If you want to start the day off right in addition to having a cozy beverage, here are 5 easy yoga poses to consider.

Cobra Pose

Another fabulous position to start the day off right is the cobra pose. Start off in the plank position to transition better and then stretch into the cobra pose. Lie on the floor face down. Then stretch the tops of both feet into the mat using a light pressure. Now, spread your hands on the floor under your shoulders and pull your elbows into the body, the Yoga Journal shared. "Walk the hands a little farther forward and straighten your elbows, turning the arms outward. Lift the top of the sternum straight toward the ceiling and begin to straighten the arms to lift the chest off the floor." Take your time and go at your own pace as you breathe in and breath out. This pose will help strengthen your back and help strengthen your neck.
