Sweet Pepper Relish Salmon

Crème fraiche ¼ cup
Sweet pepper relish 2 tablespoons
Canola oil 1 teaspoon
Salmon filet ¾ pound
Salt ¼ teaspoon

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  2. Combine crème fraiche and sweet pepper relish in a small bowl.
  3. Spread oil onto an oven-safe baking dish and then place fish, skin side down, in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle fish with salt, and then spread the sauce over the fish.
  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
