Charmed life radio & handmade dog sweaters. Okay, it’s a non sequitur, but it means there’s something for everybody.

First: radio. I did the Dr. Pat Show the other night, and she’s a love. We had a fine time talking about Living a Charmed Life and related topics. She asked great questions. Wanna charmed life of your very own? Have a listen here.
Now, I happen to believe that a prime element of a charmed life for many of us is having a companion animal or two (or more) to share it. I am in the constant companionship of my cat, Bobby, who can be annoying when he decides to “sing” in the night, but who is so lovely and warm and purr-y, well, you know, he’s easy to forgive.
My daughter, Adair, grew up with four cats but is among the allergic and now has to stick with dogs. It’s not a problem: she’s the Pied Piper of canines, and has decided to add to the family a senior chihuahua named China. (4-year-old, 60-pound Oliver is slowly getting used to the idea.) China’s joining the family has inspired Adair to take her formerly friends-and-family-only business public, as Snuggle Pup custom handmade dog sweaters has now hit the web. Adair (who is also an actress, stuntwoman, and personal trainer: did somebody say multi-tasking?) will work with customers to design the perfect doggy wrap for any chilly pooch. Here’s one design (I’d actually like it in a 34 with human-length sleeves….)
