One of my star coaching clients (you are all stars), confessed that she found herself walking in and out of the kitchen all day long – looking. Opening and closing the cabinets, the fridge, the oven … over and over and over again – all day long … looking, foraging, helping herself to a bite of this and a lick and taste of that.
A burst of hope accompanies each and every New Year promise, followed by a wave of excited and elation! Your intentions are good but … as soon as you hit an unavoidable bump in the road … self-doubt sets in and your inner-critic (a.k.a. your evil twin) pipes up.
