Holy Macaroni!!! Can you believe these statistics??? According to FITNESS Magazine, who polled, 2,400 women to get the lowdown on how they slim down, 51% said that they would skip sex for a year if it meant they’d be skinny.

Imagine waking up happy, starting the day with a smile on your face! You slip on your cozy slippers and make your way into the kitchen, where you are met with a hot bowl of steel cut oats, a bowl of fresh fruit, a poached egg perhaps (yum, I’m getting hungry). You sit at the table and before you eat (and/or afterwards – your choice) you chant your morning mantra and the fat mysteriously melts away!!!

I have had some less than stellar choices the last few days and feel a little frustrated with myself that I can have two sides to my process of change. One part of me that is one board and one that wants to maintain the status quo.
