Kirk Cameron ‘Monumental’ Prophet on CNN

In one of the stranger interviews I stumbled across on a news program this week, Anderson Cooper investigated the recent phenomenon of flocks of birds falling dead from the sky with none other than…Kirk Cameron. Somehow Cameron’s involvement in the ” Left Behind” film series made him a likely authority on this unusual event. Now I grant you that Cooper can often be tongue-in-cheek, but this didn’t seem to be one of those times. What was Cooper doing? Trying to take a shot at those he sees as religious fanatics? Or maybe he is relying too heavily on the internet for a news story? However, Cameron handled himself well and brought his sense of humor to the conversation. It also seemed maybe he was there simply to plug his latest film project, “Monumental”, a documentary that traces the spiritual journey of some of our forefathers. You can find out more about that project at the end of the clip below.
