Raudat Tahera at night

Raudat Tahera

This is the mausoleum of the late 51st Dai ul Mutlaq, Syedna Taher Saifuddin AQ, and the focal point of Bhindi Bazaar, Mumbai. Upon the four interior walls is inscribed the entirety of the Holy Qur’an, in gold.

The entire Bhindi Bazaar area is due for a massive renovation and reconstruction, funded entirely by his son and successor, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin TUS. The architectural drawings of Bhindi Bazaar in 2014 are breathtaking.

(see more of my photos here – I will be adding many more).

BE IT KNOW THAT ‘HUSSIAN’ will niot be indepted top any one in this world, one we see many reaping worldly gains too ,,, in this case of ‘Marole’ too, it ‘does not seem’ a mission to spread the word of Hussain [as],but more the need for self fame and self glorification ,

Abrahamic Convergence - inspiration, forgiveness, and tragedy
This week is a truly portentous one for Muslims, Jews, and Catholics. In one week, we have Yom Kippur, the Day of Arafat and Eid ul Adha, and Pope Francis' first visit to the United States. I like the term "Abrahamic Convergence" for this sort ...
