Sometimes I wonder how it is that people develop spiritual amnesia and forget this about themselves. Was there ever a baby born that wasn’t adored by someone and viewed as precious and worthy of love and care?  I work with clients who seem to have lost touch with this truth since they have lived through trauma and tragedy in ways that have shaped their beliefs about themselves. Even though I was immersed in love soup as a child and now into my 50’s, am surrounded by soul friends, meandering in miracle mode and leaping through life, I go there sometimes and need to pull myself out of the illusion. For myself and for you, I share these tidbits, so that we may all come up sparkling~

Wear a goofy grin

Laugh uproariously until you can’t help but snort (try not to be drinking milk at the same time)

Take bliss bites out of life and offer bliss kisses back

Explore the deep inner recesses

Be an emotional bungie jumper in  free flight….wheee~

Be still and silent and let the stream of consciousness trickle by

Balance bravely

See God(dess) in everyone and everything

Be a master manna-fester

Dance with the Divine as your partner

Color with your creative juices

Sprinkle heart glitter

Be a generous giver and gracious receiver

Embrace life and all it contains with arms and heart wide open

Awaken with a smile

Dream BIG

Be peace

Scatter sweetness

Know stuff

Heal

Be the best you

Learn at least one new thing each day

Open to life’s messages

Count every moment as precious

Sing your soul song enthusiastically

Breathe

Walk  barefoot on the Earth

Risk looking foolish

Surround yourself with kindred spirits

Make soul friends

Be frequently fascinated

Tap your toes

Hum harmoniously

Fill up to overflowing

Be willing to be silly

Pay it forward

Celebrate  glorious you

Live as love incarnate

Stand in your truth

Sparkle and shine

Be a work of he(art)

Glow from the inside out

Take off your Teflon Shield and be a love sponge

Challenge your thoughts

Cavort with your gremlins

Recall your innocence

Bliss out and in

Transform the ordinary into the extraordinary
