In Charleston, South Carolina, we can’t go much of anywhere without understanding the importance of bridges. They link us from the islands to the peninsula, help us make connections and cross over water. Draw bridges that lift up or turn on a column allow tall boats to glide past while cars wait for the bridge to slide back into place. We can build bridges of connection to new people and places or we can burn bridges too. What kinds of symbolic bridges do you need to build or burn this month?
