Â Astrologically, this process is connected to the planet Uranus which rules electromagnetic energy and the transmission of information across dimensional fields, and the planet Neptune which rules the ability of the human being to connect directly to the divinity in an experience of transcendence. The mutual reception of Uranus in Pisces (ruled by Neptune) and Neptune in Aquarius (ruled by Uranus) that followed the Uranus/Neptune conjunction in 1993 has enhanced and accelerated this process, and it has not been an easy one for some people.
