Words have specific definitions and then there is the energy we put behind them.

I got an email today asking me to post about today being Cancer day. I had mixed reactions to that request. I am in Latvia and rather jet lagged and not sure what day it is

Fear is always about something that isn’t in the moment. Our fear is always about something that might happen or something we think has already happened.

In the absence of fear there is love, expansion, hope, faith, happiness and joy. In the face of fear they all disappear and we are left disappointment, despair and misery.

I received this a number of years ago and ‘found it’ today when I was thinking about writing my Fearless Friday post. A powerful and interesting way to address any of our fears.

After years of traveling I finally figured out why, for weeks before I leave I suddenly hate traveling.
