I am currently reading Kathleen McGowan’s The Book of Love. I love to read and when I travel I indulge myself with numerous novels. This time among other’s I read Anne Rice’s two books about the life if Jesus and The Expected One. It is fun immersing myself in several  version of the life and teachings of Jesus.

In The Book of Love she talks a great deal about the symbolism of the labyrinth. I have no idea how historically accurate the information is but I have enjoyed it. I have built labyrinths around the world just because I find walking one very powerful and transformation.

When I get to the center after walking mindfully I feel the presence of love, joy and of course angels. Today just as I reached the center they launched a kite that looked just like an angel flying.  We had just finished a ceremony to feel connected to love and to set our intent to find that place of balance within.

To me angels are the epitome of balance, love and connection. Finding that place within is such a gift and is always just a few deep breaths away. Why not allow yourself to connect with it right now?
