Our relationships are many and varied. We have relationships with partners and lovers, work relationships and friendships.  How can you recognize and deal with toxic relationships?

When you are in or a target of a toxic relationship the first thing that happens after a time when they build you up and make you feel good about yourself is they start to isolate you from other friends and even family. They will make sure you are feel isolated and alone and that the problem is you because things were good before.

The only way to win with a toxic person is not to play. If someone treats you badly often, it is not a mistake, it is part of their regular behaviour.  You can’t change others, you can only change yourself. You don’t need to get rid of the toxic people in your life. When you stop engaging in a the game of tug of war with them, they usually disappear on their own. They will loose interest if you are no longer willing to play the game.

Your Angel Guidance is look at your toxic relationships:

Pay attention to your energy when you are with others.

Notice if your energy increases or decreases with the people in your life. This is the Universe’s way of giving you hints of the people you should be around. If the energy increases then you know that is a healthy relationship. If you energy decreases, then it is time to see how toxic this relationship is with you at this time and look at ways to counteract that.

Decide for yourself who you embrace or who you should stray from.
