“Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.” -Romans 13:7

Memorial Day is the time of the year we honor those who serve or have served in the armed forces, along with their family members. This year, let me personally thank those of you who serve and your family members who sacrifice so much on behalf of our nation.

If no one else tells you today that your work is important, let me encourage you that your efforts are essential to the rest of us. Thank you for all you do to make this nation safer for us all.
