Rotisserie Rosemary Chicken Salad

4 lbs. rotisserie rosemary chicken (chicken brushed with olive oil, garlic powder/or minced garlic, salt, and rosemary)
1 cup minced Fuji apples
2/3 cup sweet pickle relish
Blue cheese salad dressing (Just enough to get the salad consistency that you want.)
Grapes, bell peppers, celery (optional)
Run chicken through food processor and whip into a smooth consistency.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
All ingredients can be adjusted for personal preference.
