Dealing with Cravings
One of the most common question I receive is: How do I deal with cravings? In order to answer this question, I must first address the fact that there are two kinds of cravings. One of which is a physical craving, in which your body is truly craving something, often times because it is deprived of a certain nutrient. The second kind of craving is emotional in origin. The emotional craving can often be overlooked as being physical, which is why it is important to recognize the difference between the two.
