Spend as much time as you can on each question and write out your genuine responses. In order to ensure that you engage the material fully and deeply, write out your responses and be completely honest with yourself. Resist the temptation to view them impersonally. 1. Are you aware of and in touch with your own energy field? 2. Describe a situation or experience where you felt an exchange of energetic information with another person. 3. Using the chakra model , match significant emotional experiences with their energetic counterpart. Can you identify if and how they have physically affected you? 4. Can you recall situations where a thought has activated a physiological response within you? Was your health directly affected? 5. What power symbols are most important in your life?
