Self-Guidance
We must use our past as the guides to our future. If we don’t look in the review mirror we will not have good direction when looking out the front window of our life. Our past is our greatest teacher. We must use it as guidance to experience the more positive adventures up ahead.
To rejuvenate and find our center we must love ourselves. We must awaken our lives with quality. Quality jobs, quality relationships, quality friends, high quality foods, regular exercise and quality sleep. The simple notion of seeking quality will help us eliminate and recognize that which is not. This is how we find our center.
