Happy Food
Natalie Lesnefsky, author of The Busy Budgeting Mama blog, has come up with a great idea to feed and entertain your kids - Happy Food! "My kids love snack time and lunch time. I love being creative and making them smile," said Lesnefsky. "I was making up “happy snacks” as they called them, and then started sharing them on social media. The response was great so we’ve been coming up with more and sharing them via fun stop motion videos."
Not only do her kids love helping her come up with the different themes but she also likes to surprise them with her latest creations. Most of the time she uses whatever is in the fridge and pantry. You don't have to put a lot of thought into happy food - it's just a little something to show your children how much you love them.
