Of course, when you were a young mom or dad, it was not a bad habit to put your offspring’s needs ahead of your own. In fact, it was your responsibility. And admit it, you rose to the occasion admirably. But here’s the question. When your kids grew up and were both ready and hungry for independence, did you answer the call to let go?
