What will it take for you, today, to make a commitment and take action to get healthier? How bad is your weight problem? Do you feel that your weight is hindering you? Is it limiting your movement, self-image, energy levels, appearance, health? Be honest with yourself. If there is a real problem, it's time to do something - today - right now. Eat a little less for your next snack or meal. Cut it in half. Go for a 10-minute walk. Concentrate on how much you want to lose, and how committed you are, today, to do something about it. It's within your God-given power, and it's possible to change.
