There are those that guzzle fruit juice. It's amazing. They drink it like water. Perhaps they're not aware of how much they're drinking. I guess they don't know that a 12-ounce glass of orange juice comes from about a dozen oranges. Surely they wouldn't eat a dozen oranges at one sitting! The guzzlers absolutely couldn't be aware that a gallon of apple cider is made from a bushel of apples. Some families consume one of these a day, or more! Imagine that, a family of 2 or 3 eating a bushel of apples a day! No wonder juice is soooooo full of calories! No wonder that people who guzzle have weight problems. It'd be better to eat the actual fruit. That way, not only would there be sweet juice (but less of it), it'd slow the guzzlers down, and it would give them the fiber and vitamins, too – not just calories.
