Most people hold tension in a certain part of their bodies. Neck, shoulders, and back are frequent and popular sites for depositing stress and anxieties. But there are other places, too, which you may not be aware of. Like the stomach! Do you have acid indigestion on a regular basis? Headaches? Leg cramps from holding yourself in an odd position all day? Throat and voice problems? Shallow breathing from tension? Find your trouble spots, and treat them. Do stretches for a few minutes throughout the day. Exercise. Get a massage. Do a meditation visualization picturing the tension point in your body and letting the pain flow out. Connect with your Divine Spirit and receive the love and comfort that's always there. You don't need to go around in pain. There's something you can do. It's within your power if you're conscious.
