And her story made me think of the ways I experience rhythm and rhapsody in my body: my monthly menstrual cycle; my moods, internal seasons, and landscapes; my pineal gland's hunger for sunlight; my intuition's thirst for moonlight; my prayerful salute to yin and yang; movement and rest; succulence and holiness.
God has all my dances, it seems. Leading, twirling and dipping me. Floors will never be the same.
