Two weeks off did me a lot of good. During my vacation to Minnesota, I was able to strip away the layers of stress and frustration that had been building up around my soul and uncovered my long lost senses of peace and potential. When I returned to the grind last Tuesday, it was with a lighter heart. I was ready to start anew, to restructure my life with wellness and contentment in mind. I set aside the upcoming weekend to clean and catch up on errands and phone calls, so that on Monday, I would be ready for a week that held room for personal projects, my spiritual practice, and (at last!) exercise.
