Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things.
Philippians 4:8

Fill your mind with the right things. The foolish person is unable to admire an object without wanting it. She may admire a person for all the wrong reasons, leading her to envy and greed. Keep in mind that admiration is a holy state when you admire a person, place or thing that is right and pure. Philippians 4:8 speaks of the qualities of worthy admiration in verse that reads like poetry. Think about this scripture as a perfect example of what should be held up to admiration.
