Jess Anastasi was left heartbroken at her wedding after her dad refused to dance with her at her wedding. Thankfully, her father-in-law gracefully stepped in and dance with her instead. Aside from the actual wedding ceremony, the father-daughter dance is one of the sweeter traditions at American weddings. Jess shared a TikTok video saying, "Little did I know that my dad would refuse to dance with me. I waited my whole life and was so excited to dance with my dad on my wedding day. I was so heartbroken." Many TikTok users shared their empathy and love for the bride. Although the moment was hurtful, her father-in-law saved the moment the best he could. Jess wrote, "Luckily, my father-in-law stepped in without a second thought. I'm so grateful to have married into such an amazing family."
