You Share Intimate Issues With Them

If you’re sharing intimate secrets and issues with your friend, especially issues that you haven’t even shared with your spouse, you’re going down the wrong road. If you trust that person more than the person you've promised to spend your life with, there’s a lot more than a friendship going on and you shouldn’t ignore it. Another sign is if you find yourself sharing secrets about your spouse with them. You tell yourself you’re just talking in confidence and you’re only doing it in an effort to better understand your spouse from a male or female perspective, but you’re only fooling yourself. If you’re having issues with your spouse, you shouldn’t be talking to your friend, you should be talking to your spouse. If you know your spouse would be mad if they found out you were sharing issues with that person, it’s wrong and you know it.
