There is a misconception that everyone on social media is living a great, grand life because that’s the only things they post. We see what our old fling is up to and begin to think the “grass is always greener on the other side.” When on social media apps, we shouldn’t be following people we previously dated, or new people we have crushes on. This will only lead to possible infidelity or at the very minimum take you away from giving your full attention to your spouse.

Pornography is rampant on the internet today, and it definitely can play a role in causing affairs for an otherwise seemingly healthy couple. Watching pornography is not a harmless activity. It can make your spouse feel inadequate and unloved, which could cause problems between you two. Porn addiction can affect both men and women, and causes emotional affairs and a breakdown of trust.
