You’re numb. You never thought that you’d be in this situation. He was unfaithful and now you have to figure out what you’re going to do. You feel like your entire world has been turned upside down and now somehow you’re left to find a way to put everything back together. You’re sickened with the question of whether or not you stay or leave. The pain you’re experiencing cannot be conveyed into words however, your salvation can be. With these prayers to move on you’ll be granted peace and closure. You’re under an unexplainable amount of heart ache and the idea of a light at the end of the tunnel seems fictitious. But, friend I’m here to tell you it is right around the corner. Your faith will provide the gateway you need so desperately to get you through this challenging time.

God has a plan for every one and believe it or not but He can see past the infidelity that your husband has committed. There is a purpose for everything that occurs in your life – yes, even infidelity. Your love for each other is everlasting and can endure the most troubling situations however, you must be committed and devoted to finding a solution – both of you. Instead of focusing on the affair, think of the ways your love has brought you joy and focus on the uplifting feeling that love supplies when it blooms. Sometimes shifting our focus can help put into motion true change and forgiveness.

Along with what was unfathomable, you’re contemplating the meaning and platform of your marriage. You’ve probably asked yourself, numerous times, where do I go from here. And honestly, friend, I can’t answer that. However, I can provide you with prayers to move on and you can allow those words to assist in your decision. Keep in mind that you took an oath of matrimony. Yes, your husband has imposed on that vow but that doesn’t mean you have to throw in the towel. Miracles are possible and if both parties, in the marriage, accept and work towards a brighter future – one will prevail.

Despite your emotions and all of the feelings that you are experiencing, it’s important to remember that it’s not your job to take revenge, rather leave further implications up to the discretion of the Lord. Vengeance is not yours to take out. Have faith in God that He will take necessary actions within the course of life and find comfort in knowing that the Lord is on your side. Know that there are prayers to move on after he cheats – no matter how difficult everything may seem. As a Christian you must know that the Lord would never give you more than you can handle and there is a lesson of reason behind every obstacle we’re faced with overcoming.

Wisdom in Confession and Conduct

"Father, I need your wisdom to conduct my marital responsibilities orderly, acceptably and lovingly. Grant me the grace to forgive my husband in order not to hinder my own prayers. Cut off misleading friends, relations and neighbors from influencing me into inappropriate behavior or careless utterances to my husband or marriage. Help me not to initiate, encourage or perpetuate malice, confusion or disharmony in my home. Order my thoughts, words and actions aright so as to win over my husband to fear God first, then love and care for me."

It’s important to have a strong relationship with God when you’re dealing with infidelity within your marriage. You’ll find, or perhaps you’ve already discovered, that your friends will take sides and often times it’s difficult to hear a neutral perception of the infidelity from a third party – everyone seems to have an opinion that is swayed one way or the other. Remember that you cannot change your husband’s views and/or perceptions on what your marriage is or should be. You can however, pray to your Lord and Savior and request that He give a clear vision to your spouse on what marriage is and should be. Ask God to guide you and help you see the bigger picture. Sometimes leaving can seem like the resolution, but that’s not always the answer at hand. Prayers to move on will help direct you on the right path to salvation.

Power of Prayer

The power of prayer is invincible. If you’re able to communicate to your Lord and Savior through prayers to move on you’ll find the answers your mind, body and soul desperately need as you go through this challenging time. Keep in mind that answers are not brought to light immediately. Things take time – especially actions like this. Remember you’ll have to forgive your husband for cheating. You’ll have to whole heartedly release any fears and disclaimers that may be holding you back and you’ll have to place your undying trust in God’s hands. Have an open and ongoing conversation with Jesus Christ and have confidence that He’ll heal your pain and put everything into motion.
