10 Tips to Avoid Relationship Ruts

Stay Faithful

First, be faithful and do not stray. If you do, then you’re not ready for the gift of a healthy, loving relationship. A healthy relationship should be built upon trust and you and your partner need to have faith that each of you will be faithful. Second, have faith in each other. If your partner says they are going to run a marathon, redesign the landscaping in your backyard, or go after a huge job promotion, have faith in them! Your partner needs you to believe in them and looks to you for support. If you don’t have faith in them, who will? Finally, stay faithful to the Word of God because the couple that prays together, stays together! Find time to read from the Bible, share in prayers and attend church together. You will be growing in relationship with the Lord, and with each other!
