To Prepare

Step 1: In a large saute pan over medium heat, melt half of the butter.

Step 3: Stir in shrimp and cook 1 minute or until shrimp turn pink on both sides.

Step 4: Add mushrooms and 1/4 cup of broth to shrimp and stir.

Step 5: Add remaining butter, parsley and remaining broth.

Step 6: Cook until sauce thickens slightly.

Step 4: Serve immediately over pasta or rice.
