Carrot Cake Smoothie
A smoothie is the perfect breakfast - especially this one. With 19 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber and under 300 calories this spicy shake is sure to wow your taste buds.
And it's super simple. Two medium carrots, peeled and chopped, 1/2 frozen banana, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup unsweetened soy milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/8 cup golden raisins, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dash of ground nutmeg, dash of ground cloves, and three ice cubes. Throw all of the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.
