To Prepare
Step 1: In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a separate shallow dish, beat eggs.
Step 3: In a third shallow dish, place Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: *Dip chicken into seasoned flour, then into egg, and finally into Parmesan cheese. (Can repeat this process if a thicker crust is desired.)
Step 5: In a large saute pan over medium heat, melt butter.
