INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons dry Italian salad dressing mix
2 baguettes, sliced, toasted
TO PREPARE:
Combine the cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix in a bowl and mix well.
Chill, covered, until serving time. Serve with the toasted baguette slices.
