8 slices bread (crusts removed)
1 pound sausage, browned
3/4 pound grated cheddar cheese
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
Break bread into pieces and place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Layer sausage, then cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard and pour over layers. Mix soup and water and pour over all. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
