A 5-month-old's life was saved thanks to a 30-year-old stranger who passed away. Daniel McCabe wasn’t going to last very long if he didn’t find a liver donor fast. According to his parents, the transplant surgery was a success. Daniel is now recovering in Intensive Care Unit while his mom, dad and three other siblings are over joyed with this Christmas blessing.
