Seven Ways to Find Your Bliss
Did you know that bliss and joy are different from happiness? For much of our lives we search for happiness, But that happiness is fleeting. Ever notices how you yearn so much for something, like a certain job, a mate, a new dress, or a chocolate bar and then when you get it they make you happy for a while. You feel a physical sensation of pleasure, but then something happens – that dress wears out, the chocolate bar doesn’t last, the mate leaves and happiness goes flying out the door behind him? That’s happiness. It’s connected to pleasure and related to the senses. Joy dives deeper and begins to happen when you follow the soul and align with its guidance and desires. It’s not so much connected to outer things but something that wells up from within.
Here are some ways to go deeper and begin to tap into your bliss.
