Invite Nature Inside
Many people work inside all day long. During the winter, this means you might come start your day and end your day in the office. With cafeterias and take out, many don’t even leave their office to go outside and breathe in the fresh air or take a minute to feel the sun on their face. If this describes you too, then it’s important to bring a little bit of nature into your office.
Keep an easy to grow plant in your work space like bamboo or a succulent. Don’t use Cactus because it pushes energy away from you. Bamboo, however, is a great choice because it’s ancient symbol of good luck and abundance. Plus, it’s really hard to kill making it a great choice for people without a green thumb.
Put a small water fountain in your desk, get a small fish bowl, or bring in a terrarium. Throughout your day, it will be a pleasant reminder of what’s waiting for you outside.
