Get out of your rut. Make a schedule, have a plan, plan activities that get you moving, create a routine, exercise, get out and interact with others, take a class, do research, start a daily spiritual practice. Take actions that get you moving and committed to living life. Take Sundays to plan not only your appointments for the following week but your activities and your routine. Write it down, stick to it. Hold yourself accountable. Get out and start flowing with the energy of life. Soon, you will be back in the groove.
