Sleep, exercise and nutrition are the keys to building good health. They are also easily compromised when we’re working really hard. What many people fail to think about when they neglect their health is how its so integral to our success at work. These compromises will quickly catch up with you. You will feel sicker, weaker and less efficient. Your immune system may even get so weak that you end up stuck in bed. You know what the ideal amount of sleep and exercise is crucial for your body to function well. If it’s six hours of sleep every night and three solid meals a day, don’t compromise it.
