Dear Daily Inspiration subscribers:

You are the best. I'm continually amazed by the originality of your answers to our Question of the Week--and I'm in awe of the wisdom and no-nonsense good humor you display when giving advice to the real people whose life questions we post.

Over at Beliefnet, one of our most popular features is the prayer circles. Users of all faiths and all walks of life are invited to create prayer circles and offer their requests. Starting this week, we will highlight a prayer request in each day's newsletter. If you can, please scroll down to the third link under "Featured Discussions" and add your prayer. This week's requests include Nicholas, a 9-year-old boy with leukemia; an Ohio town facing a disaster; and a marriage that is crumbling after the drowning death of a toddler. If you can take a minute, add a posting. It means so much for those who request prayers to know that you are praying too.

Of course, it's possible to take another attitude altogether. A sign that I pass on my commute asks, "Why pray when you can worry?"

But somehow I just don't think you folks are the worrying type.

Onward and upward!
