If you want
to know what’s going on with you, observe your uncontrolled thoughts. What’s
circling around in there? Regret, criticism, hate, fear, judgment? Or optimism,
tolerance, compassion, and excitement?
We can either
be the effect of our unconscious thoughts or we can be the cause of our
consciousness. Begin by watching your thoughts and
replacing them with statements that serve you better: I am growing, I trust, I
give people space, I am safe, I am peaceful, I accept people as they are.
