How to Chant a Mantra?
Choose a time and place where you can be alone for a while. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Start by chanting your Mantra of choice out loud. If you don't have a favorite Mantra, my personal favorite is "Om". Chant your Mantra out loud for 7 times, then chant your Mantra softly 7 times, and then chant your Mantra silently 7 times. After that, you can stop counting, and simply repeat the Mantra silently over and over again. As you repeat it, your mind will unfocus, become more abstract, and become one with universal consciousness.
