Conflicting “facts”
But even the Big Bang theory continues to change – every day looking a lot like the Book of Genesis. Once upon a time a long, long time ago, there was nothing, say cosmologists. Then there was a spontaneous spark of creation, oops, make that a “singularity,” as tiny as a single atom which in an instant exploded, expanding faster than the Speed of Light. It evolved into an entire universe, spawning vast galaxies, billions of suns and planets – and Earth’s complex, self-sustaining eco-system with all its diverse life forms, including mankind. Doesn’t that sound a lot like God waving His mighty hand and bringing all things into being? If He didn't spark creation, who did? Nobody, say astrophysicists. It just happened on its own.
