Patterns of Evidence: The Questions We All Have
Many archeologists don’t believe the Bible to be historical. Yet, there are many biblical archeologists, who believe that it all makes sense. Some archaeologists concur there was a book, but some of the stories like the flood, and the Israelites were never in Egypt, the shroud of Jesus, or back the narrative of Exodus was false. Researchers found small figurines in Israel, leading them to believe that Israel worshiped more than one God. Some secular scholars also don’t believe there was a second flood, or believe that Noah fit all those animals into the boat.Yet, many biblical archaeologists link the Bible to history, ready to defend findings.
The battle rolls along. Whatever happened in the past, or no matter where we are in our walk-- it is personal experiences that show God to be real.
