Just because a person says that they know Christ, doesn’t mean they have a personal relationship with Him. On the flip side, just because a person doesn’t know Christ, doesn’t mean they’re not open or unwilling to know Him. While many Christians date others with opposing religious views in hopes of converting them in the future, it’s a tough relationship road when you’re not on the same spiritual path with the one you’re with. Open up about your relationship with God and your faith – if they’re willing to know Christ, God may be using your relationship for good, and as an opportunity for you to bring that person closer to Him. But don’t walk into a relationship like this naively. A person who isn’t on the same spiritual page with you may never want to be.
