Will and I spent a few hours sitting Zazen with the weekly public Sunday Zazenkai at Sojiji monastery. I could not take a camera into the sitting, but we say “hi” (below) and were sitting with everyone at Treeleaf anyway.

Sojiji is one of the two head temples of the Soto School in Japan (with Eiheiji), and is pretty much the Vatican of Soto Zen. It is a training center for hundreds of monks each year. Here is a link to more information about Sojiji than you probably need: SOJIJI
