Luke Bryan and his family gathered to celebrate his niece, Jordan Cheshire, marrying her love, Clint Eudy. The wedding happened in Tennessee and was stunning. Jordan is the oldest of three from Luke’s sister, Kelly. Unfortunately, she died in 2007; seven years later, her husband, Ben, died of a heart attack. After the death of Kelly and Ben, Luke and his wife, Caroline, stepped up to raise Jordan and her siblings.

The 26-year-old bride ensured that her wedding honored and remembered her parents in numerous ways. The two seats where her parents would have sat during the ceremony had beautiful flowers. At the reception, the couple displayed a family tree and a wall of photos around a tree of their deceased family members.

Luke Bryan walked Jordan down the aisle before she said, “I do.” It was nice to see him holding her hand and fixing her veil as the two walked down the aisle to the altar filled with lovely flowers. Luke also filled in for Jordan’s dad at the wedding reception, where the two danced together during the father-daughter dance. The duo swayed back and forth to “You’ll Be In My Heart” by Phil Collins, an emotional moment for everyone there.

Someone commented on the YouTube video, “How wonderful! She’s a beautiful bride and blessed to have an uncle & aunt step in and provide a blessed life for those three. Kudos to the wedding planner too. Stand up job!” Another person wrote, “What a wonderful uncle, so sweet. Congratulations to the newlyweds. May the life you create together be amazing!” This wedding was a beautiful occasion filled with celebration and love.”

Luke Bryan might just be one of the liveliest and chipper artists in the country music scene, but he has gone through his fair share of tough times. In a 2021 interview with Today’s Willie Geist ahead of his docuseries Luke Bryan: My Dirt Road Diary, he opened up about his siblings and the emotional anxiety talking about them sometimes caused.

He reflected on his older brother’s passing, saying, “When Chris passed away, it was devastating because no one was more fired up about me going to Nashville than him.” When asked by Willie whether there was any hesitation in talking through it all, Luke stated: “When you start talking about the loss of siblings…you almost feel anxiety about telling aspects of your life that are tragic. But then, I remember that there are people out there that have gone through similar stuff that I have.” However, Bryan said that enduring so much loss has taught him how precious and fragile life is.

When a girl thinks about her wedding, she imagines that all her loved ones will be there, especially her parents. Sadly, that wasn’t the case for Jordan. Luckily, she had an uncle who loved her and wanted to make her special day unforgettable. Luke Bryan is a wonderful uncle who stepped up when his niece and her siblings needed him the most. Congratulations to Jordan and her new husband!
