This sounds horrible: six crewmen will have to live in a small space capsule for 520 days, so scientists can observe the psychological effects of a mission to Mars. They’ll even have to eat food stored on board from Day One. Can you imagine? As Boing Boing says, they have all the down side of a Mars mission, without the fun and fame of actually having gone to the red planet.
